BIOGRAPHY
Lighthouse are a fresh and exciting four-piece covers band formed in 2023, made up of four local musicians with a shared love of live music and years of experience between them. Known for their varied set list and feel-good performances, Lighthouse bring a mix of energy, talent and personality to every event they play.
Whether it is timeless classics, modern chart hits or a bit of ceilidh thrown in for good measure, Lighthouse have you covered. The band are always happy to tailor their set to suit the occasion and are open to requests to help make your night that bit more personal.
Each member brings something unique to the group. Alan, on vocals and keys, is a seasoned singer-songwriter with two solo albums under his belt and a long history of playing in successful bands. On bass, Steve draws on over two decades of experience on the local and national music scene, known for his incredible ear and ability to adapt to any genre. Guitarist Chris brings a technical edge to the band with 15 years of experience and a background in teaching and performing everything from blues to classical. And behind it all is Rob, the heartbeat of the band, who returns to the stage after a break to raise a family, bringing with him a dynamic drumming style shaped by everything from jazz to prog rock.
Together, Lighthouse deliver vibrant, crowd-pleasing performances that feel both polished and personal. If you are after a band who are professional, versatile and genuinely love what they do, Lighthouse are ready to light up your night.
